India has been on my photographic radar for years, and this recent journey delivered exactly what draws me to the craft—raw energy, human connection, and visual intensity. The Holi festivals were the centerpiece: a full sensory immersion where clouds of color, movement, and expression unfolded in every direction. Beyond Holi, the journey expanded into the historic and spiritual backbone of the country. From the timeless symmetry of the Taj Mahal in Agra to the layered streets and sacred rituals along the ghats of Varanasi. Moving through Rajasthan added another dimension—fortresses, desert light, and centuries of history etched into every surface.
